experience in information technology, software development, systems integration
and process improvement.
Mr.
Gopalan has extensive software and systems expertise, having held the position
of corporate vice president of Information Technology (IT) and Chief Information
Officer of a leading $2.5 billion information technology and defense systems
integrator, with 23,000 employees and over 550 locations worldwide. He has
successfully led multiple efforts to achieve high maturity ratings and ISO
certifications. He has managed large, multi-million dollar programs for
commercial and government customers.
He
is a highly qualified software engineering expert and instructor of software
process improvement courses. He has worked with several organizations in all
aspects of CMM consulting and in performing assessments. He has also conducted
training in requirements management, configuration management, estimation,
project and program management for numerous commercial and government clients.

quality assurance. He was the Senior QA Manager for an international
multi-billion Information Technology firm and successfully implemented the
